The CCE Programs offer a variety of educational and cultural activities which range from lectures, workshops, and tours to art exhibitions, dance and musical performances, and cultural exchanges--all of which enable our global travelers as well as our younger generations in Hong Kong to gain a deeper knowledge of historical and contemporary Chinese culture.

Top A’s ICE Programs aims to make contributions to the international community development of peoples with practical abilities including excellence in English or other foreign languages, along with a strong and comprehensive knowledge of global issues. Students from the East and the West join to live and study together on the campuses of various universities in different countries who may encounter positive, life-changing experiences as they study and live together.

We aim to help students from Hong Kong & China go study abroad. We shall provide ESL programs, pre-university courses, colleges and universities studies; process students’ application forms; airport pick-up and accommodation arrangement; offer education counseling. Our China liaison serves as a student representative between students in China and HK office and they will help preparing documents and notarization on behalf of the students.
